Theres probably registry files that need to be deleted or something. Recommend NOT upgrading your reolink PC software and still hope for some help. We take them to places where our phones can easily get full bars and then the camera simply will not connect, its just been nonstop unending problems. So the desktop client can't be reinstalled to an older version and doesn't work anymore. I can't believe you can't just log onto an account and view the attached cameras, anything other than that just seems kinda ridiculous. The app and PC client are incredibly janky and make no sense, like you can't seem to just access the account and view the connected cameras, you have to individually add each camera to the feed on each phone/PC and if they're on different IP's its more headaches. ![]() Constant disconnect issues even when they're right next to our Starlink signal emitter, will connect once at certain places, we screw them in place, they drop and won't ever reconnect, one simply will not scan the QR code (the one the camera needs to pick up from your phone) even after emailing the QR code to my 4k computer monitor and blowing it up/increasing brightness. Update your desktop software now or download ver. This update fixes the black screen issue, which was reported with the last update.
